Description
- PREMIUM RAW MATERIAL: We use the natural branded raw material AstaZine for our astaxanthin capsules. It's obtained from the microalgae haematococcus pluvialis and cultivated in sustainable glass bioreactors under sunlight. A special CO2 extraction process produces a particularly pure and high-quality astaxanthin oil. As a fat-soluble carotenoid, it's well absorbed by the body when dissolved in oil.
- 8 MG = SAFE DOSAGE: Each capsule provides 8 mg of astaxanthin. This is the generally accepted safe maximum for daily intake. According to EU directives, higher dosages are not only potentially dangerous but also unnecessary, as most scientific studies have been conducted with a maximum of 8 mg of astaxanthin per day.
- NATURAL ANTIOXIDANT: Astaxanthin is a carotenoid, a group of natural plant pigments that also includes beta-carotene from carrots, lycopene from tomatoes, and zeaxanthin from maize. However, astaxanthin originates from the marine environment, where it's produced by algae and distributed through the food chain, giving salmon and flamingos their characteristic pink-reddish color.
- LABORATORY TESTED: Our astaxanthin capsules are produced in Germany in accordance with HACCP quality standards. We test our capsules for microbial contamination and heavy metal residues. Our astaxanthin supplement is GMO-free, free from any additives, gelatine free and suitable for vegans. Per can: 60 capsules. We recommend storing the bottle in the fridge.
