Based in the Basque Country of Northern Spain, this family-run company has been pickling and salting fish for over five generations. Fished from the pristine waters of Cantabrian Sea, their anchovies are renowned for their exceptional quality and rich flavour.

Once caught, the anchovies are meticulously hand filleted and cured in salt for at least 20 months enhancing the taste and the texture of the fish. After curing, the anchovies are cleaned, trimmed and packed in extra virgin olive oil to preserve their rich flavour.

Often served as tapas, paired with olives, cheese and other small bites, these Spanish anchovies also add a burst of flavour when added as a garnish to summer salads, roasted vegetables or grilled meat.
