FULL ROUND BOLSTER (Size: 66 x 15cm)

Use: Supine, place under knees. Prone, place under ankles

Use: Prone, place under ankles. Supine, place under the knees, also under neck for some clients. Under hip to externally rotate it. Under shoulder to externally rotate. Under knee and the hip for greater access to the hip, thigh, glutes and even into the lower back. If client has lordosis, place under the pelvis to give a more natural curve to the whole lumbar area. Rest the full length of the arm on it to relax the scapula and get better access the scapula medial border
NECK BOLSTER (Size: 33cm x 15cm x 7.5cm)

Use: Supine, place under neck and also lower back. Also very useful when used as a pair to support shoulders. Place pair underneath the pelvis for support
P SHAPED BOLSTER (Size: 36 x 24.5 x 9cm)

BACKREST WEDGE BOLSTER (Size: 36 x 15.5 x 8cm)

Use: Primarily to rest the head and back against when no backrest on massage table. Useful for geriatric or pregnant clients to sit in semi-upright position & seated treatments such as reflexology & head massage. Also to elevate legs. The main reason we sell it, is for mobile therapists. When you are mobile you need a light table which won't have a backrest. Some of your treatments might require a backrest. If you have 10 treatments, but only 2 require a backrest, it makes no sense to carry a heavier table around to all 10 treatments. Bring your light table to 8 treatments and your wedge bolster to those 2 that need a backrest

Wipe oil and sweat off with warm soapy water when necessary. Can use washable bolster covers for greater convenience
