It is formulated with an advanced* form of Folic Acid, Iron, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Zinc, Vitamin D and Calcium to support you during breastfeeding2-6 and further expertly selected nutrients. Vitamin B6 and Iron support your energy release, while Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid help reduce tiredness and fatigue, and Calcium contributes to the formation of normal bones. Duo pack containing 28 capsules and 28 tablets (4 weeks' supply). Take 1 capsule and 1 tablet daily with water during a meal. Gluten-free, lactose-free, no GMOs. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. *Compared to Folic Acid, L-methylfolate is a form of folate which is ready to be used directly by your body. Directions
