Seaweed Caviar is a little piece of Heaven from the coast of Devon. Savoury Umami goodness, these little black seaweed pearls are a savoury sensation. Vegan, gluten-free and great tasting. Use as a canape topping to add a touch of class and tasty goodness. These pearls are a fantastic alternative for anyone. Our seaweeds are hand harvested from the coastline of East Devon along five miles of the coast under license. Seaweeds are processed and turned into amazing, functional foods, full of nutrients and goodness. We pride ourselves in creating a sea of change in healthy eating.

Ingredients

Seaweed Stock (water, ginger, kelp, mushrooms, chilli), Soya Sauce (Water, Soya beans, Salt, Spirit vinigar), Agar, Charcoal powder, salt, white wine vinegar.
