"Typical product of the Lower Parma area, culatello is the thickest muscular part of the pig's hind limbs, without rind and bone, it is salted by hand and invested with an external protection (bladder) to better preserve and protect it. After the stuffing, it is tied by hand. The whole product should be stored, hung, in humid and poorly ventilated places. It should be peeled and washed before consumption. Once started to slice it is recommended to keep it in the refrigerator. Gluten-free, dairy-free, allergen-free, chemical flavoring. INGREDIENTS: Italian pork, salt, spices. Preservative: E252.
