Ingredients

Laksa Paste: Water, Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein), Chilli Paste (Water, Chilli, Salt), Dried Shrimp, Shallot, Galangal, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt), Turmeric, Turmeric Powder, Lemongrass, Laksa Leaf (Polygonum Odoratum), Chilli, White Pepper, Chilli Powder. Laksa Premix: Coconut Milk Powder (Coconut Milk Solids, Maltodextrin, Sodium Caseinate), Sugar, Salt, Yeast Extract. Noodle / La Mian: Wheat Flour, Salt, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Phosphate).

Directions

1. Boil water in a pot. 2. Add the noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes or until al dente. 3. Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water. 4. In a bowl, mix the laksa paste and coconut powder with the noodles. 5. Serve hot.
