Possibilities of the product: In 2 days at 6 kg sugar - 14%. In 3 days at 7 kg sugar - 17%. In 5 days at 8 kg sugar - 19%. In 7-10 days at 9 kg sugar - 21%. Instructions: Fill 20 litres of warm water (25C) into the fermentation container. Add sugar (as needed, see table) and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add lukewarm water up to 26 litres so that water contains the right temperature (see table). Then add the contents of the packaging and stir. Do not use fermentation tubes. Perfect fermentation is recommended at room temperature 20C - 25C. Fermentation time and alcohol strength as shown on the table. Note:
If you want to get 21% alcohol content, please allow the solution to ferment at a room temperature between 18-24C.
